Mi ha fatto piacere leggere che MangoPay ha potuto risolvere il problema di un utente del noto sito di articoli più o meno usati. Ho, su quel sito 282 recensioni a 5 stelle di media di soli acquisti…Ora che ho cominciato a vendere mi impediscono di entrare nel mio account…dove piovono soldi di vendite avvenute con successo e altre che non posso soddisfare perchè il sito non conferma il mio numero di telefono: mi chiede di inserirne un altro, ma ne ho uno solo. La situazione è snervante e frustrante. Soldi nel borsellino che non posso raggiungere, vendite perse e relative recensioni negative per una colpa non mia. Chiedo a MangoPay se può aiutarmi a recuperare l’uso del mio borsellino. Ringrazio anticipatamente.

Esperienza terribile Avere una conversazione costruttiva con il servizio clienti è impossibile. Stiamo cercando di passare al protocollo 3ds2 da un po' ma la sandbox messa a disposizione non funziona, Il servizio clienti risponde dicendo di controllare la documentazione online, che però non è esplicativa e non risolve i bug presenti nella sandbox. Nel frattempo molti pagamenti falliscono, causando perdite di migliaia di euro. Pazzesco che nessuno dia delle risposte. E' da un mese che sto cercando di ottenere informazioni. Risponde una ragazzina che non sa nulla e dice che deve chiedere al team......
