Counterfactual Wallet Activation is Horrible
Counterfactual Wallet Activation in the Application is not properly annotated & there is no explicit instructions in how to deposit LRC, or other supported coins. You must search deeper to find the guides to set it up, and don't follow them 100% because if you deposit LRC via the QR provided - it goes directly into an Ethereum wallet, rather than your counterfactual wallet - and you then need to spend almost the same amount in Gas to activate that wallet and send it to the correct place - meanwhile Loopring customer service says Oopse not our fault, here's a video to show you what you should have done in order to not lose $100 of your money, sorry we didn't include it on the activation page. Ease of access: 1/10 User friendly: 1/10 Customer Service: 1/10 App: 1/10 Forcing you into an Ethereum wallet: 10/10
