Once again Lili has proven to be…

Once again Lili has proven to be incompetent. Was denied my appeal of dispute... My appeal was due to errors Lili had made and I was told this would be addressed and fixed. Denied. I have not been able to have 1 conversation with a lili rep yet. I have only had either automated email response or a one time message sent to me. I never have the same rep response .. Let alone any rep respond. I have only been told to wait for an email update. I need information on what I need to do to explain to Lili the mistakes it made in my report. Because these mistakes are the exact reason my dispute got denied. Lili claimed the UTs were funded via cash loads. And they highlighted GoFundMe payouts. These are NOT cash loads. No transactions were funded via cash loads ever. Never ever not once. Does this need to go to arbitration?should I be hiring an attorney? Because this is not my fault and I have been out my $8400 since March 3rd! I need this fixed now. I have emailed and emailed and no response. I call and they tell me to wait for an email? Iam going to file a complaint with every entity possible about Lili and their illegal banking practices. Lili told me they were not allowed to discuss the details of my dispute or the reason they denied it?? Really... ? Lili... I don't think that was a smart choice of words via email. . you are going to tell me you can NOT discuss or tell me why you denied my dispute initially?... I believe Regulation E says you HAVE to tell me and send me the investigation report that should clearly state why my dispute was denied. I had proof your findings were invalid. Yet was denied again ? I wish someone hacked your bank account and got you for almost 10k. Im sure you would be singing to a different tune. Thanks for the terrible non existent customer service. I regret ever signing up for this Lili account. Any other bank would have handled this situation and gotten me my money back. Matter of fact 3 of my cards were stolen and used and my 2 other accounts have already been fixed. Within days. But Lili doesn't give 2 craps about their customers obviously. Or I wouldn't be here 2 months later still with no resolution or answered questions.
