Jag fick en mycket snabb hjälp med en betalning som vart försenad. Men dom löste det snabbt med förståelse och den som hjälpte mig var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam.

Someone had gotten ahold of my debit card information and made some purchases so my card was disabled. I couldn't figure out why it kept declining my payments. I had to order a new card but it won't be here for 7/10 days. I contacted Klarna customer service and did a live chat. They not only understood, they extended my payments so I wouldn't have any more declines until my new card arrives. Thank You Klarna customer service agent for your awesome help!

Meer dan 2 JAAR geleden tijdens een verhuizing is me een rekening ontschoten. Deze is doorgestuurd naar een incassobureau. Dit is allemaal prima en ik snap waarom... 

Wat ik niet snap is waarom ik nu nog steeds geen gebruik mag maken van Klarna. 
Wat ik ook niet snap is waarom niemand mij uit kan leggen hoe lang dit nog zal blijven, maar ze weten wel zeker dat het niet eeuwig zal zijn. Hoe? Dat weet niemand.
Ik snap ook niet waarom jullie medewerker het dan nodig vindt om op een kleinerende manier tegen mij te beginnen dat ik dan maar niet een rekening had moeten vergeten. Blijkbaar is empathie niet een job-requirement bij jullie.

Klarna are awful they give false reading to credit ref agency and don't update credit ref agency when a large payment is made they let there clients have a bad credit instead of updating them 
They are ill mannered and rude 
I made half a payment to klarna but they went and told agency's it was missed 
They don't give you a early settlement either if you want to pay in full and if you pay half they put a default charge on you  disgusting they should have a defermation case put on them disgrace 
I would never advise klarna to anybody worst staff and worst company

Tarnished my Credit Rating for years with a "Hard Credit Search" for a £150 child bicycle from Halfords (UK). Even when applying for a Natwest loan or mortgage they do not do a hard search. I would avoid Klarna at all costs - Just get PayPal credit if you want simple store credit.

Im Fall einer Kundenretoure wegen Mängeln an der Ware hat der Verkäufer die Forderung nicht zurück genommen und Klarna hat nichts unternommen, um den Fall zu bereinigen. Klarna schützt die Forderungen der Verkäufer und lässt die Kunden im Regen stehen .
Nun steht Inkasso ins Haus mit coeo. Unglaublich, empörend ......

You keep removing my 1 star reviews for mentioning your poor service. TODAY IT WAS ANNOUNCED THAT10% OF YOUR WORKFORCE IS BEING MADE REDUNDANT. Some piffling reason due to loss of custom due to COVID. Some people do not voice their opinion it seems mine was justified. 

The same response as always which will lead to the review being deleted no doubt along with you or your colleagues job.

All this for £30 which you were unable to refund although I have sent you numerous email's which you sent in circles. I'm sure the time wasted on my emails and reviews has cost ten times the original amount on dwindling resources.

Even worse are the fake 5 star reviews which you post after a 1 star review.

Klarna are an embarrassment.

Ich nutze Klarna sehr gerne, Retouren können angegeben werden, Zahlung setzt dann aus, bis eine neue Rechnung kommt, lange Zahlungsfrist, kann die Zahlung direkt über mein Onlinekonto veranlassen,  auch mit Wunschtermin.  Übersichtlicher und einfacher geht es nicht. Wer Probleme mit Klarna hat, Mahnung, weil vergessen oder falscher Verwendungszweck,  ist es wohl selber Schuld. Schade nur,  dass nun soviele Mitarbeiter ihren Job verlieren, weil Klarna aus den roten Zahlen nicht rauskommt.

EDIT: I've now emailed them multiple times like they have asked and have had no response.

So I got in contact with them this morning to ask a simple question this turned into me having to repeat myself over and over again having to call up as well and repeat myself,
Only for Them not to listen to anything I’ve said, So I thought I would log a complaint about this to now being told it can take up to 2 months to get back to me which is just ridiculous.
