This is my last post about JUNI.CO Due to our actions, the euro accounts were closed on March 23. June had stolen €100,000 from one of my companies. Just gone... I pressured Juni through the Bank of Lithuania to repay the money. This happened on March 23. June's support just laughs OUT when you send something. That is why JUNI.CO has to look for a new euro payment provider. They say go to bank of Lithuania. I see that Juni.co is closing accounts at random. Withhold money. Even an abnormal bank doesn't work like that. Juni.co is not a bank. A service. They also don't follow their terms when they close accounts. By not following their own rules that are on their Terms, they are already making a big mistake. In all this set; I my question....... Isn't this a great ponzi system. Everything is free and you get money on top. No online bank works for FREE. I wonder if capital has been raised. We have filed a complaint with the Swedish police against Juni and its founders and CEO. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
Sincerly THE BEDEST BEDEST BEDEST ever after one of working with Juni (good practice only) overnight they decide to close my account and my money baybay I am spaming them by mail and there is no update please avoid this bank (not serious at all)
I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone really. Juni had decided to close our account (which they have a full right to do) after that it was almost impossible to reach their support and even worse - they had pretended that there were no funds left on the account upon closure, after submitting the evidence, that there were funds, it's now taking 8 weeks going back and forth with email to receive back the funds. Bizzare. Amateurs.
They refuse the application without saying why they refused. On the site it says that if the requirements are met in the future they will be able to review. Instead, by email they say that their decision is irrevocable and final.
Onboarding experience and utter nightmare. Their onboarding team has no idea what they are doing. They have made me fill out an application 5 times now and each time they are specifying I need to add my wifes name as a director when she is not even listed as a director in the company. 18th May 2022 - Reply says someone has been in touch. No one has been in touch.
This company is a scam. They decided to close my UK account for no reason, and they do not want to release funds. Guys be careful of this company.
The bank is in technical default, as it's weeks overdue in giving out cashback payments as promised. They closed down all Eur accounts and promised a transition to a new provider that would take 5 to 10 business days: it's been over a month now, and this transition has not taken place. DO NOT TRUST THIS "INSTITUTION" WITH YOUR MONEY. They're most likely on the brink of failure and customer funds are NOT SAFE. They used to have a Facebook group in which they'd address criticism openly, but as soon as they started having financial troubles they closed it down (with dubious excuses). Multiple red flags! For the cashback, I'd recommend using Brex or an AMEX card. Yes, the conditions of this bank looks too good to be true, which is exactly why you should avoid it and withdraw all your funds asap. EDIT in response: the reply below is even funnier than the whole situation. They claim the bank is stronger than ever, yet they're weeks overdue in payments. They also claim my EUR account got rejected, while their customer service just told me a different thing (that they're experiencing difficulties and still working on my re-application... for more than 1 month). If all these lies weren't enough, they even tried to de-list my review, claiming it's fake and requiring proof. This is obviously done in bad faith, as they can just search my name in their database and easily verify that everything I said is true. Instead of admitting their financial difficulties, non-compliance with their commercial offers, and complete inability to respect their timelines... they lie (as they've been lying since months) and try to hide the truth: this is yet another red flag and a reason for everyone to avoid these people.
