I've received 2 transfers
I've received 2 transfers, one from parents and other from friend. Then I transferred funds to my other bank account that have better fees and limits. Then I've got warning from Joompay support that my account cannot be used in such way and will be suspended if I do same thing again. Worst bank service ever. You cannot receive and send money LOL because it's against their policy.

Yo siempre usaba Joompay para hacer pedidos en Joom, ya que también me benefician las ofertas que daban, sin embargo hice una devolución de un producto y estaba esperando el reembolso, luego, Joompay me bloqueo la cuenta sin darme permiso de acceso y posibilidad de contactar con ellos, tengo 109€ dentro de la cuenta y no me los quieren devolver, ni tampoco contestan a ningún correo, quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero porfavor.

I did a transaction and I made a mistake so I told joompay to cancel the transaction and return the money back in the account but joompay hold the money and they ask me to clarify myself why I did that transaction and clarified myself to them like 20 times now they blocked the account and they don’t want to refund my money back actually I don’t understand them for blocking me because I told them to cancel a transaction I did seriously I see this like they want to fraud me but I will make a report to the police I just want them to refund my money back because I’m not letting my 1k money to away free like that

Bloquean mi cuenta porque hice lo que el atendente me dijo para hacer, intenté sacar 40 euros y me bloquearon en el día siguiente. Eso porque no tengo mi cuenta verificada. Tengo dinero en mi cuenta pero esta bloqueada, ese dinero me hace mucha falta en el momento
