No fraud protection

The website is full of promises of fraud protection but it is only protecting their customers and they don't seem to do any due diligence on their customers to see if they are legitimate businesses and have regulatory certificates in place. There is absolutely no fraud protection for innocent victims paying your customers ! Quote from an e-mail received from ISXPAY support desk: We sympathise with your experience however we are unable to retrieve funds from beneficiary accounts unless the beneficiary agrees to return them. Our involvement is very limited. Our contractual relationship stands with our account holders and not with the payees of them. Furthermore, our account holders are responsible for the services they provide, associated transactions and resolving any disputes with their customers. We are not a party to whatever agreement was reached between your client and the account holder. Surely if you have frozen the scammer account, they are in breach of contract and therefore, the contract is null and void = you can help a victim get their money back and should be proactively contacting police authorities. It's no use referring me back to my originating bank as you hold all the info on the scammer customer !!
