Incompétents, à se demander si ce n'est pas fait exprès J'ai deux machines qui tombent en panne très régulièrement. les écrans se figent. et on a souvent de la pub! On doit payer les appels téléphoniques pour se faire réparer. On a attendu plus de 20minutes pour ravoir un technicien La panne revient au bout de 48H Le contrat est prévu pour 4ans!!! On ne peut que attendre pour partir

Not employed anyway after moving

After 3 weeks of waiting to start the work with ingenico they mail me back one week before start that they dont need me anyway. No reason or anything. I move to another country and got a apartment but now no job. Super super sad about the treatment I got

We're busy, but someone will call you back!!!

Have been with this company for over 5 years. On Monday my card machine stopped working so called up to find out why. Was told my sim had been cancelled for no apparent reason. I was told that they may be able to reinstate it, and if not a new one would be sent out. They said they'd call back but didn't. After not hearing back, I called again and was told 'we're busy, be patient.' As this is my only way of taking payments, I have lost over £2k in sales this week waiting to hear back which they still haven't done. Fortunately parent company Paymentsense seem to be on the case and hoping that I will receive my replacement sim next week. It's unbelievable that such a large company treat their customers so badly. As a result of this I'm changing providers so no more monies for you from me. Yeah I'm busy too!

Useless unhelpful company avoid!!!

Useless unhelpful company. The machine has an error every few months and the customer service is useless, a new machine can only be sent out on Tuesdays!? Ridiculous and then when you call them for an update as you’re waiting for delivery of a new machine, they lie and say a new machine was never booked to be delivered!!! Avoid!!!

Thanks Ingenico for helping me isolate a problem that wasn't yours!

Reading the reviews below, I think that customers are blaming Ingenico for things that are not in their control. The rate you pay to call them is set by the people you have a contract with, not Ingenico (Cardcutters in my case, so an ordinary local rate call). And many problems relating to wifi are not Ingenico's problem, but that of the ISP. I can only speak as I find, and after a sudden failure of our credit card payments in a small shop yesterday afternoon, I found Ingenico incredibly helpful about a problem that was not theirs at all. They patiently walked me through fault finding, then agreed that going offsite to use another wifi network was the best option to try to isolate the fault, and then supported me through that process, too. It turned out that the issue was with my ISP (TalkTalk Business) but I could not have established this without the help of Erli (?sp) from Ingenico.
