They Blocked My Money - Totally disappointed with the service
Totally disappointed with the service. They have blocked my money. I was a verified user from Germany and had an account with them. There were two IBAN in my application. By email, I informed them that they could deactivate the second IBAN. But unfortunately, they blocked my whole access to the application and my money in my Main IBAN account. I contact them by mail and phone but did not get a proper and reasonable response. All the emails are also available for further reference.

Awesome experience
Great company. They are really transparent, fast and I've never had problem with them and their services. There are no fees for the basic physical card, except for topping up with money from another debit card(0.5% which is an extremely low fee compared to competitors). 100% recommend!
A profesional company with good customer service
All I can say about this company is that they are truly professional, they have a very good customer service that responds promptly and immediately solves any problem. I have been working with this company for more than 2 years. I have always been satisfied with the way all my requests have been resolved positively and very quickly. I have full satisfaction working with the iCard company
Geschäftskonto würde ohne Angaben von…
Geschäftskonto würde ohne Angaben von Gründen gekündigt. Nur Probleme mit der Bank und immer wieder mit Standart-Antworten abgespeist. Jetzt liegt alles beim Anwalt und der hat noch mehr Fälle mit ICard am laufen. Also Vorsicht mit dieser Bank sonst könnte das Geld weg sein.
Betrüger durch, durch.....
Ich habe bis heute keine Antwort von diesem Unternehmen erhalten, seit 14 Tagen nicht. Die Antworten, die ich auf meine diversen Mails erhalte, ist dummes Geschwätz. Es wurden von meiner Kreditkarte über 100 Euro unrechtmäßig abgebucht. Auf die erste Bewertung kam zwar eine lapidar Antwort. Sonst nichts. Ich habe Anzeige erstattet. Das interessiert aber niemanden. Dieses Unternehmen sind Betrűger. Lt. Polizei ist das Geld weg.
They claim to be open for UK users
They claim to be open for UK users, however after taking all personal data they then say that due to the UK leaving the EU that the cards/ account cannot be used and that accounts will be closed. Hopefully they bother to update the website and stop taking personal details from UK users when they cannot provide any service!
