Sign up is swift, the rest of it is a nightmare. They are only available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. They cancel your card payments without notification or reason. They will tell you to reset your password online and then lock you out of all of your accounts until you can call them to verify your password (what is their app on your phone with biometrics for if not MFA?). Really poorly thought through processes and no support to speak of, you are lucky if you get a response whilst in the meantime your suppliers go unpaid. Do not use!!
