Wouldn't recommend it to anyone anymore
I've never really written a "bad" review about anything, but I feel frustrated. This company made me lose a bunch of options and the money I had paid for them because they called me, told me I qualified for an "upgrade" by switching to subscription, I mentioned I didn't need anything other than what I had, never confirmed my consent for this "upgrade" and when I tried to recover what I had, I just lost everything because I cancelled the subscription since I don't want something more expensive, but I won't receive my previous options unless I pay for them again, even if I hadn't used them up. I don't understand why "confirming consent" is only a formality. I always have problems with their app, Internet works very badly, also had terrible service outside of Croatia (still EU)... changing companies ASAP as soon as possible. They have some really good CS agents, and I've had good experiences with them, but others aren't really empathetic at all. I hope they address these issues someday so other users can be more satisfied.

In all of Europe there will be no company with such a worse Customer Service! I bought for 2 weeks (!)a touristic ticket. It did not function and are still waiting for an answer! NEVER AGAIN!! Go to A1 in croatie
