Demande (concernant un paiement qu'il me semblait ne pas avoir effectué et dont je ne voyais pas l'origine) envoyée en début d'après-midi et j'ai eu une réponse endéans les 2 heures qui ont suivis ma demande. Réponse plus que satisfaisante puisqu'Hi Pay a pu me dire qui avait effectué le prélèvement.

Je suis très satisfaite du service

Un support injoignable, aucun respect des délais. 
Ont mis plus de deux mois pour installer leurs tunnels de paiements. 
"Sans configuration" dans leurs pub, total mensonge.

Suite à un mail envoyé via le site , en suivant scrupuleusement les indications concernant un prélèvement inconnu sur mon compte, j'ai reçu la réponse très rapidement.

I am from the UK.  I have an unrecognised payment to HiPay which went from my Mastercard.  I sent them a polite email asking if they could identify what this payment was.  So far I have met with complete obfuscation.  They have twice asked for my bank statement details showing the payment even though I have said on both occasions that the payment went by Mastercard and I have sent them a photo of the Mastercard and that my bank statement is therefore irrelevant.  At the very least they are incompetent in dealing with customers. I do not yet know if their behaviour is more dubious than this as I have not received an intelligent reply to my request yet but I am suspicious of them twice demanding my bank details.  I shall be contacting my credit card to ask them to cancel the payment and refund me if I have not received an explanation by tomorrow.

Si vous voulez mettre votre site en péril c'est la meilleure solution de paiement ! Op hun site vind je "HiPay support center". Ik heb een mail gestuurd omdat ik een betaling niet kon identificeren en nooit van HiPay gehoord had. Binnen de 2 minuten had ik mijn antwoord. En het is ook nog zondag.
Ter informatie: de e-mail die vermeld staat samen met het adres van HiPay in Frankrijk op deze trustpilot site is ongeldig. Grtjs Els

Mi caso es, "segun ellos": hice una suscripcion de 3 dias de prueba ¿no se a que? el miercoles a las 11:50h con renovacion de 49.90€, con lo cual creo que los tres dias serian el sabado a las 11:50h, el sabado cuando hacen el cargo procedo a solicitar la cancelacion y reembolso, la cancelacion la hacen efectiva (no pasaron ni diez horas de los tres dias), pero no me reembolsan el importe, ¿se quedan con el dinero y no prestan ningun servicio a cambio?, segun tengo entendido estaba dentro del plazo de desestimiento o cancelación, que normalmente son 14 dias.
Solo tenemos que ver los nombres de las opiniones positivas, no parecen epañoles,¿seran ellos mismos?.

Le paiement est indiqué comme terminé (on est le 09/06), et je n'ai jamais reçu cet argent sur mon compte.
J'essaye à tout prix de contacter le support via différentes adresses et pages de contact, personne ne répond à mes emails,

Bought tires on grip500.be and choose to pay with belfius direct, wich works by HIPAY 263,04€ paid, the shop grip500 said they didn't receive the money. I thought was fault of the shop grip500.be. Went to buy in other shop oponeo.be choose the same method of payment Belfius Direct HIPAY, 256€ paid, the webshop didin't receive the money, then I saw both payments went to the same account (HIPAY) so they received the money and didnt pay the website. Wonder now how long will take to receive my money back.
Both payments to HIPAYTPP BE92 0688 9834 5723 with sctructure detail. The helpdesk of HIPAY just says isn't their fault I must contact the website, wish I have read all the coments here before using HIPAY.

Mon partenaire utilise Hipay pour rémunérer mes services, ce faisant j'ai donc un dossier chez eux. Fonctionna très bien jusqu'au 28 décembre, ma banque révolut face au Brexit déménage son activité en Lituanie, pour une raison inconnue hipay ne prends pas les rib en LT mais ceux en GB marchaient bien, pourquoi une telle discrimination ? Malgré mes sollicitations sur des retards de paiements ces derniers n'ont fait que de me retourner vers mon prestataire, entité qui ne pouvaient apporter l'information demandée puisque la source des virement provient.... D'Hipay. Non seulement vous êtes lourds par téléphone et mail, mais également incompétents. Pensez a revoir votre fonctionnement, quand on a à l'heure constatée une note de 3.4 sur trustpilot, il faut savoir se poser 2 minutes, lire les avis et prendre des actions correctives.

Excessivement décevant, une PERTE DE TEMPS! Ils promeuvent accepter les makets place - MENSONGE. 
Ils ont refusé mon site sous prétexte que mon activité "ne répond pas aux critères de HiPay", alors qu'ils sont les fournisseurs de mon concurrent direct (Vide Dressing). 
Leur service ne donne aucune explication à un tel refus, et ne daignent même pas répondre aux emails - (leur numéro de téléphone étant inutile...).

Bought a game on steam using the hipay services, steam sent me an email saying that the payment was cancelled, however my bank statements show that it did in fact go through. Hipay later on also sends me an email saying the payment was suspended but, again, my bank statements show the payment went through.

Zweitens: Wenn die kein Geld haben - sperren Sie einfach wochenlang die Konten mit vorgehaltenen Gründen und und und !  WARUM tut ihr euch das an ?  Wer ein seriöses Bankkonto im EU-Ausland haben möchte - gibt es genügend Angebote im Internet. Aber lasst die Finger weg von "Hinterhofbüros" die den Anschein einer Bank haben. In de lente van 2017 een aankoop gedaan bij de telecomshop.net. Het bestelde artikel was niet voorradig en geld ging teruggestort worden. Blijkt dit over een rekening van Hipay te lopen. Sindsdien, dus al meer dan 3 jaar!!! verschillende pogingen ondernomen om dit terug te krijgen. Hipay vraagt steeds de meest onmogelijke documenten waar zij totaal geen zaken mee hebben. tot op de dag van vandaag nog niets teruggekregen. Ik kan enkel concluderen dat ze het opzettelijk onmogelijk maken om je geld terug te krijgen. Blijf er weg!

Ich bin total genervt. Habe im August bei nootica ein SUP bestellt - was nicht geliefert werden konnte und auch mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Rückzahlung angewiesen wurde - am 31.8. Noch ist kein Geld eingegangen.

Habe auf Nootica ein Standup Board samt  Zubehör im mittleren 3stelligen Bereich gekauft diese Bestellung habe ich storniert da das Board fast einen Monat nach dem Anfänglichen Liefertermin hätte kommen sollen. Die Rückzahlung wird von seitens Nootica durch den Dienstleister HIPay durchgeführt. Am 31.08 soll die Überweisung getätigt worden sein habe bis heute den 21.09 nichts von meinem Geld gesehen. Da die Überweisung von Nootica getätigt wurde und ich kein Kundenkonto habe ist es für mich unmöglich HIPay zu kontaktieren. Meine Bank hat bis jetzt keinen Überweisungsversuch registriert. Entweder ist in meinem Fall alles komplett schief gelaufen oder HIPay ist kein reales Unternehmen was ich bei der undurchsichtigen Strukturen eher vermute

I had an issue with a payment on my credit card statement.
My credit card provider suggested that I contact Hipay to see if they could assist.
Within 3 days and 3 to 4 emails Hipay came back with the answer to my issue.
Very pleased with their assistance in this matter.

We are a merchant and have been using Hipay for many years.

We use several payment providers, but with no one have we ever been as happy as with Hipay.

Everything is running smoothly without any problems. The billing is always correct and accurate to the cent.

The attempt of fraudulent transactions is cleverly blocked by Hipay in advance. Nobody blocks fraudsters as well as Hipay. Our chargeback rate is far below 0.01% (!).

Customers who can successfully pay with Hipay can be trusted.

Unfortunately, many customers do not understand how credit card transactions work today. The new PSD2 did not make it easy for customers either (more secure - yes, easier - no). Hipay is not to blame for the problems that many customers here comment on.

As far as we know, Hipay has discontinued the e-wallet function (many problems here are related to this). This makes payments easier for our customers.

We can only recommend Hipay.

Compré un producto en una web a través de hipay y me notificaron que la transacción había sido cancelada pero me cobraron igualmente el dinero de la tarjeta y aún no me lo han devuelto.

Mio marito ha acquistato il 18.06.20 da un sito Francese uno stereo che usa come metodo di pagamento Hi pay. Quando dopo quasi un mese dall'ordine abbiamo visto che l'oggetto ancora non era arrivato (pubblicizzavano la consegna 5/8 giorni tramite corriere) abbiamo contattato l'assistenza Hi pay sperando di riuscire ad ottenere almeno il rimborso convinti di essere incappati in un sito truffa. Siamo rimasti molto contenti dell'assistenza ricevuta, in quanto si sono interessati per chiedere il tracking (da noi più volte richiesto al sito Web) e di sapere se poi era stata effettuata la consegna. Ovviamente tutto è andato a buon fine nel senso che l'oggetto è arrivato quindi non so nel caso contrario se saremmo stati rimborsati da Hi pay o meno però c'è da premiare la solerzia dimostrata tramite mail per cercare risolvere la problematica.

Da premiare l'interesse dimostrato.

I put my mastercard info in several times and always rejected, it was for Geneanet premium services for 12.50 USD. So far they have not taken any out. But they emailed asking if I cancelled. And to try again. it keeps telling me to try again. I give up. Also originally it said pay with PAY PAL, then it switched it to HI PAY.  Very disappointed.

nessuna tutela per il cliente! ho acquistato su un sito italiano un box doccia usando come metodo di pagamento hipay,si e' scoperto che il venditore e' un truffatore seriale,ho chiesto il rimborso e sono stato liquidato,dicendomi che non possono farlo,e' normale! questa e' tutelare i clienti!stiamo parlando di una truffa e il cliente va rimborsato! cosa non ottenuta, imparate dalla vostra concorrenza ne avete di strada da fare mai piu'con loro

Compre un producto que no recibí y al poner la reclamación hipay me contestó como si yo fuera el vendedor mala gestión
Total me quedé sin producto y dinero
Ganó en experiencia y no volveré ha hacer un pago con ellos
Por suerte fue poco dinero
