I love Gusto
I love Gusto! It makes onboarding, keeping track of employee hours, and running payroll super easy, plus I don't have to worry about any of the tax paperwork for my employees. It does it all for me! It offers so many extras, too, it's really a superior software and service. I even got my first business loan from an alert they provided to me, which was a real game-changer for my business. Thank you, Gusto!!!
Not for growing teams
I have used Gusto for three years. It worked ok when I was on my own, but from the moment I grew the team, I ran into issues with compliance where they failed to flag unpaid state taxes. The worst came from the benefits department, where we had a lot of trouble and very poor support.
1st time using Gusto
Today I paid my employee using the Gusto platform for the 1st time. It was amazing! My accountant recommended it to me...said I would save money and time. Great online support. MN
Very easy to navigate their website
Very easy to navigate their website, accessing paystubs and tax records, requesting time off, finding information on coworkers who are going to be off, and other things of that nature. No bad experiences using their service.
Don't go anywhere else for payroll.
Gusto's platform is cheaper and better than another. The support is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone one that pays employees.

Gusto has truly made is easy to finally open my small business. The system is set up for smooth, almost effortless integration of entering information during the onboarding process. I haven't run a payroll yet, but when I do, I'm hoping it is just as easy.
