I started this account because I wanted…
I started this account because I wanted to save money for my grand daughter to use on her field trip. I had put money on it a few times with no issue and it was available for me to transfer to her card almost instantly. The last sume of money that I put on it has been pending since Thursday when I added it. It came out of my bank account the very next day however it is now Tuesday May 24th and I still do not have access to my money. To say that I will never use this card again is an understatement. I am highly irritated they basically took my money. I wanted to do this one thing for my grand daughter and she was not even able to use the card because between what's pending and all their fees. I will not suggest this card to anyone ever. As far as I'm concerned it's worthless.

I am having a terrible experience with this company. I have been a customer for 2 years dutifully paying my 4.99 a month and getting virtuously nothing in return. After reviewing my finances I opted to put my son’s savings in a youth account with my credit Union. To open an account is all done on the internet but to close an account is nearly impossible. You have to send emails and then you get offers for reduced fees etc… I just wanted to get my money back and open an account at the Credit Union. I was told 5-7 days. 11 days later Greenlight is not replying and I have not received my kids money. Now I have to contact the BBB and make a report and I am contacting my state’s AG. I don’t recommend this company. I am sorry I trusted this organization.

My husband signed my daughter up for an account and asked me to join. It worked fine until I tried to send her money. They canceled my account and asked me to call. When the customer service person told me I needed to text her a photo of my ID to verify my identity instead of answering security questions I began to question what on earth they are doing. I’ll be taking her business elsewhere. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had
