Professionnalisme catastrophique
Nous avons intégré les services de Gocardless sur notre plateforme en ligne lancée il y a peu de temps. Une fois le développement fait, Gocardless a décidé de nous supprimer l'accès à leurs services en envoyant simplement un mail automatique disant qu'ils ne souhaitaient pas nous fournir leurs services de paiement. Il nous est impossible d'en savoir plus et d'avoir quelqu'un au téléphone... On ne saura donc jamais la raison.. Pas assez rentable pour eux ? En résumé, Gocardless, il est très facile d'y rentrer mais encore plus facile d'en sortir....
Massive increase in fees
I have been using GoCardless for 4 years, putting more than £200 000 a year through their company. Then, suddenly in a single month in Dec 2021, they increased their fees TENFOLD. Yes, you read that right. They used to charge £4 for a transaction and suddenly my fees with them went up to almost £200 a month. I phoned them twice, trying to renegotiate our contract, but they said that they will only bring their fees down if I am invoicing more than £1 Million a year. If you are an SME, avoid this company. They sign you up and then increase their fees to an unsustainable level. I have now taken my business elsewhere.
Dodgy AF
A reputable, vat registered, tax paying, bricks and mortar shop, in business for 9 profitable years declined with a refusal of any explanation. Meanwhile my money laundering dodgy window cleaner can use this system no problem. 😂 seems legit.
GoCardless made taking subscriptions…
GoCardless made taking subscriptions for our Judo club easy. Great communication, great support team, fast payments, cheap pricing for the benefit of having hassles taken away. Unfortunately, they do not support partnership business which is why we have had to leave now but I couldn't recommend it enough.
