Horrible support
Created an account, had to verify with passport picture etc... was able to log in one time and then got a 'something went wrong', their support was going to check it, they closed my account without any explanation and no reply incoming from their support, seems pretty horrible.
They are not the best.
Yeah! We all know that many people have benefited from Gemini but for me, they are not the best.
Customer service is poor
Customer service is poor. Not sure if I was dealing with a bot or a person (2 people/bots actually). Asked some questions, prompt reply was just to refer me to webpages even after follow-up email. Both email responses ended with"if you have any additional questions or would like further clarification please feel free to reach back out!". Also make sure you see how high their transaction fees are!

I'm surprised that so many people have had bad experiences with this platform, to be honest. Gemini is the best cryptocurrency exchange I've ever worked with. It made my investment experience so meaningful. So far, I've never had a bad time with them.
Can’t take your money out so don’t waste your time
Can’t take your money out so after you sell it and struggle to figure out how to get it in your bank you have already lost £6 on each £50 so Iv lost £1200 on £10,000 worth of crypto so I wouldn’t touch this app/company every again fcuking waste of time and you shouldn’t either .
They used to be good and I have done…
They used to be good and I have done 1000 dollars worth of BTC transaction in the past. Recently they introduced some strict conditions in which I have to wait 7 days to transfer the crypto assets out from the gemini exchange. i have already transferred over 7000 worth of USD on my gemini account and I cannot even buy crypto just because they says its regulations but trust me, I have other exchanges that is also regulated with my country and they dont have such policy. I tried to withdraw back some cash back to my bank account and the transaction rate was crazy that its not even worth withdrawing back to my account. Now i have to wait for 7 days and I can't buy my favourite cryptos at a great price!!!
