I was assisted by James who outlined my options very clearly and explained the relative merits of each, while leaving any decision making purely down to me. No pressure selling and very quick and easy application process. Assistance was available where needed and communication regular throughout. It was also noted that the process was still fairly speedy even though I was aware that they were dealing with a larger number of applications due to the closure of the government-backed scheme a few days away.
