Non-existent customer support. Made a test transfer to ftx.us of $100 USDC and carefully checked and matched every setting, my transaction went through properly, but was never credited on the exchange. OK, I'll connect with customer support and create a support ticket. You can fill out a ticket, enter your info and hit the submit button. You won't get a notification that your request went through, you won't get an e-Mail notification, and worst of all you won't get a response! I submitted two tickets, both were ignored. Get out now while you still can. FTX.us is horrible and doesn't deserve your business.

FTX is a thief. 1 - Price is always above the market price 2 - When you hit buy on ETH they mark up more than $20 on BTC they mark up more than $200. 3 - They add their fees on top! As you think you are catching a good price, they screw you over all. DO NOT USE IT unless you want to give your dollars away to dishonest!

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. CROOKS. I don't care what Sammy speaks about in the news he is the criminal head of a multibillion dollars crime syndicate. If he really does not know how Customer Service treats his clients he has his head very far up his A**. When you read the other reviews and think are exaggerated they are not. Customer Service makes send them pic upon pic with handwritten (LIKE THOSE idio*s KNOW MY HANDWRITING) notes and then the pictures are never good enough for them. I lost 1000's as have many others it seems.

Not even a star. No stars. 3 days ago, I went to log in to my FTX phone app and my 2A Authenticator code was deemed invalid. After freaking out, I realize there’s no way to get hold of these clowns. I have a substantial amount of crypto in this exchange and it appears that they have just robbed me. After going to Reddit for info, I find out to go to a FTX chat on TELEGRAM. 😂😂😂. What a joke. If these criminals don’t get my account straight, and from what I’m reading, I’m prepared to take a MULTIPLE THOUSANDS LOSS due to these gangsters just outright stealing by locking me out of my account….then throwing you crumbs via their “CS” to just humiliate and depress you…it’s a nefarious evil slimy way of crooks to make you think you have a little hope in getting your account retrieved. 🤬🤬🤬. I am completely at the mercy of these gangsters and still waiting for something, anything, to come my way as in good news. I have a “ticket” in their CS but they aren’t budging…they make you stew on what in thee heck is going on. Still waiting. I’m so mad I can spit.

There is literally like NO CUSTOMER SERVICE - at all. ( I've never seen it. ) You can email them every hour on the hour, and you will NOT get a response. You better hope you don't ever have a problem, or a question - if you do - you're very much on your on. Get used to it. Personally, I am going elsewhere. They just don't care. *** There's a LOT of negative reviews on here - believe them. ( Yes, people are angry, but they are angry for a reason, and sometimes anger is deserved. )
