The Customer Analyst David Gillen was very helpful, walking me through the process and my different options and still supports me when I have questions and getting me to the right group. I The services offered and resources are great. I really love the Swipe Simple web platform and app work great. I highly recommend them for your credit card processing needs.

Being in a regulated industry, they recognize the value we bring and provided us with quality equipment and services through our tenure with them. ive come back to edit my review. i have been having some difficulties with getting ahold of people and getting my problems solved. i received a call from there head tech guy i believe his name was lance. hes great. he explained a misunderstanding to me and we both apologized. there company is going through some restructuring and whatnot as of this merger. im glad to see that there is still the same quality of person on the other end that you would expect. its 2021 a little patience is required for everything. and lance needs a raise.
