This is the second business I have used Fire for and their user experience on their mobile and web app is very good and their support is both quick & enthusiastic I contrast my AIB experience (which has consistently been negative for the 11 years I have used them) to  business banking with Fire which has been  a positive experience. Disappointing user experience. Not the smoother well developed products coming from competitors. It doesn't feel or look like any time went into the design or how it's used. Tried to give feedback to this and was ignored.

This company is a load of scamers they tell u that your loan was approved and then look for 180 euro Handley fee when u pay it u get ace mail looking for 199 euro for insurance or the loan wond be released it's a scam stay away from them ther won't even return my 180 euro after they say it wood be total scamers if u new about it y did yous not do aney thing about it I was rob and have Notting left to buy food for my kids  they will not have dinner now till I try get money for food

FIRE was my online solution to manage my business in UK from my office in Portugal. I had a GBP and a EUR account and it couldn't be more easy to run either on my Mac browser as well as with my mobile App. Transfers between accounts are immediate. Paying and receiving from EU, UK or outside Europe is not a problem. Regarding the support, I always get an answer on time. I can't be more happy.

Great Fire/com Business Banking

My business accountant, during setup over 3 years ago, recommended Fire Financial Services for my business bank. From the outset the staff have been helpful and professional, while also providing guidance when required. While working abroad, being able to immediately and securely verify transactions has been invaluable. Also being able to readily access and download information enabled instant reconciling of expenses. I cannot recall anything adversely affecting my business. Sadly my business has had to close, but for the pain free 3+ years…Thank you fire.com

My business bank

I started a FIRE.com business account two years ago to use when invoicing clients in the UK and Europe.  The performance and service have been excellent. Firstly it's a real bank account (two actually - EUR and GBP). I get my own IBANs just like any other bank. Secondly incoming and outgoing transfers are rapid. Incoming UK BACS credits the same day if received by 1530 GMT and incoming EURO SEPA by 1630.  Finally the APP is slick and reliable and the security is strong, I get notifications in real time on all spending.  Customer Service is good as well, far superior to a high street bank.  The only quibble is some exotic payment methods will bounce back - like WIREs, but you just have to educate clients on that.

Total nightmare to deal with. Worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Do yourself a favour and use any other financial institution.You can't run a company dealing with this.

Bank transfers Incoming and outgoing are done at around 9am and 4pm each day Monday to Friday so faster payments don't apply 

I've had numerous Payments sent to me over the weekend which are meant to be credited around 9am Monday morning, only received one of my payments 

Only form of customer service is email and they don't reply
