Impossible to Use.
Tried to make two transactions through this company. First was fine, however a few weeks later I attempted the second. Account has been suspended for no apparent reason and to use the service again I am asked to provide personal information the likes that would make a scammer blush. I refuse to pre-package an identity theft incident to conduct a transaction with this company and I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Prompt customer Response
Their customer service response is prompt and any issue is quickly resolved. The transactions have become faster than before and the commission per transaction is also fair 👌🏽. Great App

hello good day, i just found this platform, because I am trying to get to a customer care representative from fasterpay but no one is answering, since this writing. I am not here to give a bad review because this platform seems promising. the reason I am writing a review is because it seems fasterpay replies on here. my question is, how long does it take to for my account to be confirmed after sending in the required information. Well this is new i finally got verified after all the documents i uploaded to them, so the security is at top here and this could be finally be a alternative to paypal i hope. i'm happy with it since its easy to get support if needed and the website also app is easy to navigate and its a has fresh look also. So i hope steam will support this.
This app is underrated
This app is underrated. I think, they are in the startup phase and expanding quickly. They obviously respond a bit lately. But, they are polite and try to understand. I think they would be a good alternative to Wise or PayPal. Just give it a try. Furthermore, I would suggest you guys change your branding. Your logo is not good enough and it has become a trust issue. That's my personal opinion.
Don't fall for the bad reviews. at least give it a try, you won't regret.
Hi, My name is Md Azizul. I don't know why people are giving bad reviews when fasterpay is providing excellent features and services. Yes, their general support team is slow but the verification team and the process is pretty fast and polite. I got fully verified within a day and ready to make unlimited transactions. Fasterpay is the best alternative to Wise (Transferwise).
