Completely unorganised
Completely unorganised. Multiple people, all with different answers regarding my travel money exchange. Very large amount of money transferred (1st time) and no email sent regarding compliance checks. Order was cancelled but I wasn’t notified and only found out when I contacted them to find out why the money hadn’t been delivered. BTW they’re phone lines are never open (really poor form when they’ve got your money). I was then assigned a account manager who informed me the refund would take a few days and I would need to complete compliance forms. Ok, mistakes happen. Completed the compliance forms (verified by multiple communications) and received the refund after two days. Then before attempting again, verified again that compliance was in order (confirmed). Made the transfer again… this time I received an email saying my transfer couldn’t be completed until compliance checks were completed!! To make matter worse, the lady who was insisting such checks would need to be completed was one of the same service agents that had previously emailed me with confirmation that said checks had been completed. Absolute jokers!! Currently not sure what my status is with the existing transfer…
