Really rate this app - not just because I won but because I've felt I can easily chat to a supporting staff member if I've had any questions, and I get carried away with the spin games... it's like I get to feel the thrill of gambling without risking my money. I was on the app after being referred by a friend, I didn't know what to expect. Two weeks later and I've won an iPhone 13 Pro, I'm ecstatic :)

I had made £16 in winnings which isn’t a huge amount but miles more than I would’ve earned in an ISA for a fraction of the value saved.

This site actually does what it says. A cash holding account that works a bit like premium bonds, but more interactive! 

They use coins that you earn each day from how much money you have in to let you play the spin wheels and scratch cards, and one of the scratch cards can earn you money as well as daily and weekly raffles. 

I would advise only putting in an amount you'd be okay with potentially losing, and cash out when you win. This app is not FSCS protected, but I do believe they're working on it. Super forward thinking and great customer service.

This app is a gambling simulator paraded as a savings account, it COULD lead to actual gambling habits. 

Having said that, the UI is very nicely displayed.

I did query on a referral code programme they had, having passed it to a friend. Their customer service was dismissive and blunt. I have never felt the need to leave a bad review, however the treatment of my friend after they also queried the referral code. I felt the need to let the consumer know what they're getting into.

I am really enjoying my everup experience. I was a little apprehensive at first at it sounds so new, but I've been using it for many months now and feel that my money is in safe hands. The games are also really fun and I've won £5 already. Which I know isn't a huge amount, but way more than the interest I'd have made putting my money in a bank!

I love this app a little bit of safe gaming every day and you never lose any money, so far I've won £12 much more than I would ever have got investing £50 anywhere else. Its a no brainer saving system, I would recommend it every day of the week

Clever idea and a good way of saving but gets boring very quickly. Only 2 games to play aside from the daily raffle and both of which are roulette.

I’ve been using EverUp for 4 months now as an alternative to premium bonds, and very pleased with the experience. The deposit and withdrawal has been straightforward and hassle-free. I’ve been seeing returns on my savings, been fortunate to win both the lottery and the raffle at various times. Really fun way to gamify savings, thanks guys!

Everup has a lot of potential to be a unique and valuable tool for savers. It's basically a well laid out, accessible prize bonds app - save money get entries to raffles win cash. 

Now, this carries both the same benefits and downsides or bonds. 

Benefits are that potentially you could win a lot of money at basically no expense, with interest rates being as pitiful as they are this is a tempting way to save given the alternative is primarily robo investing which is deeply flawed as a saving tool honestly. 

The cons though are obvious; you might not win anything. Unfortunately this is made worse by the time in which it has come out. Inflation means that your money is potentially becoming less valuable the more it's sat in an a service that has no mechanism to deal with inflation. 

I have been using everup for a few months and have one a cash prize once; £2.50 which unfortunately means I've lost against inflation and interest rates. 

Overall there's a lot of potential in the app as a savings tool but there really really needs to be more done to protect the spending power of savings to be a truly viable option.

I love this app! It definitely feels more like playing a game than saving! It has encouraged me to save more so I can "level up" and earn more badges and entries onto the draws. More interesting than just putting it into a savings account and I've already won £5.25 in prizes which is more than I would've earned in interest in a savings account.

Still buggy but fun for 5 mins every.

Started using this savings / gaming app in march and have already won over £20 by simply saving money and using the coins you get to play the raffle and the million lotto each week which is more than the interest I would have got by leaving it with a bank. It's quite impressive what they have managed to do in a short space of time.

They are constantly putting out updates to the UI, tweaks to the games and taking on user feedback which is much appreciated.

It's definitely worth a try if you are trying to save up but need some extra incentives to do so, or if you like playing the lotto every week.
