The worst bank experience you could…
The worst bank experience you could ever have, period. If you don't have Android 8 or better running on your phone the App will not work. That means my phone that was only put on the market in 2017 can't use it. The website is constantly having issues and any issue means you have no access to your money. They have scheduled maintenance where you get an email ahead of time so you can be prepared, but those are rare. Most of the time it just stops working. Even when it's working perfectly the website tends to kick you out in the middle of a transaction for no reason, but when it is not working properly you either can't sign in or transfers just do not go through. Sometimes it will say it's all their fault, other times it will look like it went through but when you check your balance it remains the same, so you know no money left your account, and still other times it just sits there circling and circling and nothing happens. Because there's no bank card, you are never able to make in store purchases of any kind, ever. So no paying for gas. But when you can't sign in or the transfers won't work you lose all access to your money until they get it fixed, and you never know how long that can be. (Usually somewhere from hours to days) You can't even pay your bills and today I will be unable to give my daughter money for her school lunch. When I asked why this happens so frequently their own customer service recommended another bank. I suggest everyone follow that recommendation.

Scope of Improvement
I do banking with many banks but EQ bank is my favourite one. I have been using it for the last year. I really enjoyed their services and their professionalism. There is a scope for improvement. So. you should work on it. I am in edtech industry and I need some more services. You should consider edtech industry also.
Nothing but problems
Nothing but problems. Technical issues with basic operations, slow transfers, the platform will log you out of your account frequently - meaning you'll have to restart whatever you were originally doing. Their customer service is severely lacking. Their customer service is the banking equivalent to "did you try turning it on and off again". Banking with them truly is just an overwhelmingly frustrating experience.
