When I moved to Dubai, I researched the best bank that would service me. NBD was voted number 1 so I proceeded to open my account. To date, I have found the bank to very good in all ways. However, 10 days ago on Saturday 15th May, I deposited over 1,000Dh. To my shock, a message came up on the machine saying that my funds would be recovered in 2 days. I am still waiting for the money to hit my account. I have made 3 phone calls to the bank and 2 visits only to be told the matter has been esculated. I am very disappointed with NBD.
Emirates NBD Customer hotline "EVA" Robot should be removed, or need to option have real person to speak in. I consumed lots of time and balance on my phone just for nothing.

I must say that the management considering customer for a granted. The way the IVR is designed it is next to impossible to connect with any human interaction. Furthermore, customer care number is not a toll free, so you are trapping in the ivr loop like a vicious cycle,plus your balance is being charged without any reasons! Whilst tried to contact via emails, unable to get any proper response, neither any email within the TAT! So frustrating...... Very hard to explain.
EmiratesNBD is the worst bank in terms of service... you don’t reply to online banking requests or emails. Calling someone in the bank is almost impossible,so my openion to everyone please avoide to use ENBD Credit card it's wrost bank services.
Worst customer service, 600540000 is suppose to be toll free but they will charge. The worst thing they have is automated call service using "EVA". There are no real person to assist. No live chat services also. As per operator say visit near bank when you visit you bask account statement they aslo asking charges. As per my openion to everyone who using NBAD please move to same other Bank its worst bank in UAE.
I have filed a complaint about the money i transferred online and until now there has no feedback. If your system failed to transfer my remittance, its not my fault, why would you deduct an amount of 200 plus to what i sent because there has a difference with the exchange rate? Thats ridiculous, you already failed the transfer, and yet u have the nerve to deduct an amount, you are stealing hard earned money from your customers. Mobile banking is supposed to be convenient and safe but with this, its the opposite, i never thought ENBD would be this lame.
