Ecopayz is a very shady Organisation
Ecopayz is a very shady Organisation. They lock funds without any reason, even when you brought all documents and they are validated. You can never be confident your prepaid card works, even it’s funded well. It’s pure luck if, but most of the time the will freeze it and don’t answer why. They totally ignore you then. Pleaser be aware of this company and don’t use it! They will not let you decide over your money and you have no security at all. For me personally it is a horror trip since I have this card. I stand in a hotel and suddenly can’t pay, or in a shop. There is even no helpline at all.

Outrageous fees, long waiting times when you want to withdraw money, clueless and unqualified support. Only seem to work with ready-made automated standard texts as answers. There can't be a worse wallet. A 50% bad rating is usually rated far too well. If you are looking for another wallet, there are enough of them these days, I can only advise and recommend MuchBetter.
