Customer service is awful. They lie about times for refunds and string you along so you get frustrated and give up. The dishonesty of Agent Liah and GK (record all conversations) trust me. Stay far away from these SCAMMERS and LIARS.

Fake Advertising
You advertise you support all platforms, and you support high risk businesses with approval under 24-48 hours but when I applied it took a week to get approved with monthly cap of 80k. This is ridiculous. There are Platforms like Stripe, Shopify and Myuser Payments approves instantly with no monthly cap why we should use this? Also Stripe, Shopify Payments blocked us, Myuser approved as they are high risk processor. You should improve your services or you will be replaced by those companies

Very unhappy about the sudden increase in monthly charges. They increased what I had understood as my monthly charges by nearly 400%! :-(
