EasyCrypto is by far the best place to buy and sell my crypto. You might not be getting the best rate, but service wise you are not going to get better service else where. 

I made the mistake of selling my crypto with the wrong amount, then started panicking over the weekend. These guys went out of their way on the weekend (they don't normally provide support during the weekend) and sorted me out. Very communicative and helpful. Like I've said, you are not going to get a better service else where.

I had not used my account for sometime and could not complete the 2FA to log in.  I contacted support and got a fast, friendly reply with clear instructions on what to do. They disabled the 2FA for me and I was able to login the next day to make a purchase.

Sent the wrong amount because the wallet I sent from didn't show what the transaction fee would be and so I had to guess. Transaction failed because the process is automated on the exchange but Easy Crypto sorted it ASAP. Best service EVER!!

FTM network was down for a while. The EasyCrypto followed up on my report for missing FTM transfer and kept me informed. In crypto world it is very easy someone to wash his/her hands and say that they can't do much. This is not the case with EasyCrypto team.

Very bad experience since yesterday, my first order took 6 hours and my second order is 16 hours now and i did not received it. Chat and email Easycrypto but to no avail, they do not respond. Second order no is D98J34. It is not resolved; I want the bitcoin redirected to my personal Luno wallet and you don't want to do it. There is a lot of cost involve when you refund me and I have to buy bitcoin again. No logic in that, why not send me the bitcoin instead of the money? I assume that's too difficult for you?
Latest: Problem resolved, they rescued me from a possible scam. Thanks Dee you are a star. Would have given you a 5 star if you deposited the bitcoin into my Luno wallet

EZC is my go-to for all my crypto buying/selling needs in NZ! Great experience for someone new to crypto. Clean & modern UI, great set of FAQs and other support articles, and the support team have been amazingly helpful & responsive (getting replies to a support ticket on Sunday evening isn't something you'd normally expect in NZ!)

EasyCrypto is just as the title states, very easy to use and a lot of information on how to use. Very speedy transactions. As a first time user I made the mistake of not accounting for the fee (I thought this would already be accounted within KuCoin app), but after realising the difference in what the two apps had recorded I quickly realised i was supposed to add the fee on top and emailed the help team at EasyCrypto. I got a quick response from Jess who was extremely helpful, she promptly resolved the problem and issued the payment to my account which i received within 6 hours. 
I am extremely happy with this as is was also a very small transaction, so thank you very much Jess as I desperately needed the money!!

I bought a whole lot of FTM tokens and used the wrong network to send it to my Exodus wallet.
After 30 min and they hadn't shown up I got a bit nervous that they where lost. Wrote a quick email explaining what I've done. The replay was quick and calmed me down as they assured me that we could find the tokens and it would take a bit of work from my side.
Step by step they explained what I hade to do and also used screen shoots witch helped me a lot.

Easy Crypto - First Time Use

I have just started buying cryptocurrency after seeing an ad for crypto.com. I am based in NZ and crypto.com doesn't support fiat transfer from NZ banks. You can only use a credit card and the fees are high after a grace period. I read about EasyCrypto, at this stage for the purpose of buying cryptocurrency using NZ bank transfer and depositing into my crypto.com account.
The service, speed, efficiency, and communication I experienced when dealing with EC are great. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase cryptocurrency using a NZ bank transfer.
