Digital River m’a volé 354 euros car ils ne respectent pas leurs conditions générales de vente et le délai de rétractation légal de 14 jours. Après l’achat d’un logiciel qui ne répond pas à mes attentes, je demande, dans mon droit, le remboursement a Digital River. N’ayant pas de réponses j’entame un litige Paypal et peu de temps après je reçois un mail de Digital River me demandant de retirer ma plainte pour qu’il procède au remboursement, chose que je fais, malgré moi…. Depuis on me balade de service en service en me demandant 15 fois des justificatifs que j’ai envoyé et en me promettant un remboursement qui n’arrivera jamais. J’entame donc une procédure avec les autorités compétentes en droit du commerce international. Digital River: a fuir absolument ! Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas mettre moins d’une étoile, j’en aurai mis moins douze…..

J'ai commandé un pc chez lenovo France et j'ai eu mon pc après 3 jours.
We ordered over $500 in parts from a company called Crucial by Micron. Crucial Uses Digital River for their orders and shipping. What a Scam!!! After ordering from Crucial we received an email invoice by a company called DRI. After 10 days of waiting for the parts to arrive we looked at the invoice. There is no tracking number, no information as to how the order will be sent; no phone number for DRI, no email. We went online to try and contact this company and every time we clicked on "customer support", a page came up that said "This page isn't working". We tried looking up the order number and could not do that either. They wanted the last 4 digits of our credit card (no!) or the password to our account-- and we don't have an account with Digital River--we have an account with Crucial. I would give minus stars if I could. It's convenient for DRI that customers can't contact them. They have 7 offices worldwide and there's no way to contact them? I'll never order from Crucial again because they use such a sham order fulfillment company, Digital RIver.
This has to be the worst company that I have ever had the misfortune to get involved with. I haven't received the goods (Lenovo PC) and I haven't received a refund. I am now bringing a complaint to the Irish police and a chargeback to my credit card. A complete fraud avoid at all costs. Edit: I hope that this is not a waste of time but the order number is 1032693914339. My dealings have at all times been with Digital River Ireland. Update: 12/05/22 Thank you, a very pleasant CS Rep contacted me yesterday as a result of this review. Apologised and informed me that they could not understand how this had happened. I replied that you need to look at Trustpilot to realise that this type of occurrence is not unique, more BAU. Asked, if I wanted the PC to be shipped again. I responded no, you have lost my trust. I wanted my refund. Asked would I cancel the chargeback / dispute that I have raised with the credit card company and I will get the refund. I replied no, but I'm sure that it will not be a problem to cancel when the refund arrives. If the refund arrives I will consider replacing the order. So we wait to see what happens. Update: 13/05/2022 Refund received via visa card chargeback from my bank, great service from them. On the positive side while the service was appalling, the communication from DRI was very good so I'm upping my rating to 2 stars. What sort of reassurance could you give that this experience would not be repeated in the event that the order was placed again?
