I travel a lot in cryptospace and need a reliable credit card. Unfortunately, it cannot be used with "Crypto.com" or "Coinify" among others. Even "Bondora" is rejected with a reference to security reasons and high risk. Unfortunately, a list of undesirable companies is not available even when asked. Most recently, I could not even pay my $10.00 monthly subscription to "Only Fans" with the Curve card. For the reasons stated above. I'm an adult! And I don't have the time or money to play an annoying guessing game here about whether or not I can use the Curve. It's also my money to spend. And if I want to spend $100 at Only Fans, that's none of your business! The days of financial paternalism are long gone! I honestly look forward to the time when we can all pay directly with crypto.
Very very far away from having a good customer service. I understand that if many people are contacting them, the response can take several days. But taking several weeks is just ridiculous for a simple request like increasing card limit.
Hit my spending limit for the second time this year. So far my card has been blocked for 3-4 weeks and they are no longer responding so i have no way of getting it back up. I even provided the requested ID info TWICE but nothing happens. Awful service.
Customer support answers after days or weeks, after 3 months they still didn't solve my issue. I complained on their forum about the fact I'm a paying user and after 3 months they still didn't solve my issue and they banned me for 6 days and then limited me to 3 replies per topic so that I can't answer anymore. I complained about that limitation and they now blocked me from posting. They hide posts they don't like. They hidden the topic where I was exposing the facts. All the complains you see on the forum are probably just the tip of the iceberg: I don't have idea how many topic they have hidden or how many people has been silenced. I've never seen a company act like this with paying customers.
Useless service. You'd need to purchase for at least 1000£ per month in one of the 3 selected retailers to start making some money with the Curve Black. With the Metal card that goes up to 1500£ per month. Unless you are a big spender in a few specific shops, you are going to be losing money with Curve.
I don't actually understand the point of this card. I was sold on it because it's supposed to make using loyalty cards easier. If it does this I'm yet to find out how. You're supposed to be able to earn cashback with it, but after three months I'm yet to earn a single penny of cashback. You can earn cashback if you pay them £15 per month for the premium account and even then it's limited to a small number of stores... I'm sorry, but how many people are spending enough money to even break even on that kind of deal? Worst of all, they've wrecked my credit rating and ruined my budgeting by constantly switching the cards I'm paying on, so now I've just had to pay a £1000 credit card bill (late I might add) that I had no idea about!!! It looks I might even have racking up a balance on a credit card that I didn't even know I still had, how the flip they even got the details for that card I do not know. Absolute rubbish, give this company the widest of wide berths.
Nothing but problems. Totally useless. Much easier just to use a different bank account than use these clowns.
