I was thinking of closing my account but I had a couple questions after some thinking. The person assigned to my ticket ignored every single email I sent as a reply and just kept pasting some standard script. I'm sure they didn't even read what I had to say. They ended up closing my account without me even authorizing it. I guess I'll find a competitor to open an account with.
I I’m having trouble with this account I Moberly deposited my check from Child Suport and they haven’t cashed it yet it is still pending I deposit this check on the 19th they told me it would be today that I would get my money and now they’re telling me it’s going to be tomorrow this Bank sucks
Just awful customer service. My daughter's card was compromised and we notified Current in real time as it was happening. They said they could do nothing until the charges were final and once they were, said there was no error so I'm out $250. Deposits can also take several days to appear so Current likes to collect interest on your money before you can use it. I immediately cancelled both of my kid's accounts. you're much better off with a reliable known bank.

So I kind of like seven days ago because I’ve been seeing like ads everywhere hey seems like a pretty awesome card. Coming to find out not only are you not able to speak with anyone you have to text out everything you’re having a problem with and you’re constantly having to wait and Q even if it’s an emergency situation. I didn’t have 45 minutes to send screenshots to try to explain what was going on I need you going home coming to find out it was something I could’ve been easily solved. The rep was not understanding what I was asking and kept sending me things that had nothing to do with what I was asking about .itsmakes a situation 100% more stressful. Then when they tell you to uninstall and reinstall as a solution you’re now forced to re-explain everything via text to a whole new person it’s just very time consuming. I also deposited my IRS refund check not knowing because I deposited after 2 PM on Monday I wouldn’t get it till next Monday none of the funds will be available. My Birthday is thursday. Which I thought was the whole point of a mobile check deposit convenience yet even though the check was approved my funds wouldn’t be available till this upcoming Monday. It seemed better than my normal bank account because of the interest on the savings pod in but I’m starting to regret switching over rather quickly. You’re putting your money in God’s hand or betting on the fact that who’s ever on the other side texting back has reading comprehension skills. If not you’re gonna be standing texting for 45 minutes when the answer could’ve come in to over the phone.
