Bank I have visited while travelling Czech republic, met english speaking manager who helped me with my problem. On the other hand bad spot prices and mediocre commission
This bank supports scam activity
This bank has super bad service. Hard to get anyone to speak English. It also seems that they do not ID check their customers. There was a big ONLINE SCAM from one of their customers and they have not been able to prevent it or help the victims reclaim the lost money. It seems they actually do not have any power to prevent fraud and support it by not properly verifying their customers.
