I’ve been with Countingup for 4 years now and had a great service until 4/5 days when my account got hacked. 

There is no telephone number to call for fraud. 

I froze my card immediately.
I have used the chat and sent many emails back and forth and a person from Countingup said my card had been blocked, there is no need to change your account details. 

So I transferred my money back into my account unfortunately the same day someone made two more direct debit’s out. 

So again I withdrew my money out.

I reported it again by email No Reply 

The day after another direct debit went out.
One full day without any notification about my  account.

The customer service is only only Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5-00 

So now I have to wait until Monday. 

I searched the internet for a number though they said they couldn’t help me !!

This is not good for future customers if this happens to them. 

Today I have asked another bank to open a business account for me.

It’s a real shame as I liked everything about Countingup I have been there from nearly the beginning when Tim Fouracre

Very good, exactly what I needed to run my company and keep track of my spending etc.

Easy to set up but has limitations and still some minor bugs in the app 
Positive points are the built in accounts allowing capture of receipts and real time balance and payment information and link to your accountant so they can view information 
Downsides are 
I initially had some issues with online payments to a few suppliers - this seems to have been resolved now although I have to confirm payments in the app ( which can crash at times when trying to switch screens) 
There appears to be no search facility of the balance page ( leads to endless scrolling down to find a particular payment ) 
The lack of overdraft facility is likely to mean I may have to change banks at some point if the business grows 
When something goes wrong it is almost impossible to speak to anyone 
Overall it’s been a positive experience if you accept the limitations of app / payment card based  banking

A bank account with accountancy - this is a perfect app for small business and I recommend this for all small business- it is very simple to use and works outbyour taxes. Payments are faster than high street banks. 

If you are a new business or a small business this is a must have app and bank account.

Used counting up for over 6 months now while starting up my new business and all I can say is wow! The accounting side of things is perfect to keep organised and keep a detailed track of incomings and outgoings. Would definitely recommend.

I am a small business owner, starting from scratch I was unsure of who I should be banking with. I researched all the top named banks along with the not so well known, I found the process to be complicated and some what expensive.

Then I came across ‘ counting up ‘ which was an absolute delight.

The process was simple to set up and the fees were more than competitive.

Nearly 2 years later and I’m still a counting up customer.

There fees are still very competitive and the services are continuously improving to suit businesses banking needs.

Would definitely recommend any new small businesses starting from scratch to use counting up!!!

After starting my business and comparing the combined banking and accounting services on the market, I initially decided on a competitor to countingup. However, the simplicity of the interface and the ability to upload pictures or documents for accounting is excellent, makes little top up purchases and bookkeeping very easy! Adding contacts and making payments is also simple, and I can fulfil invoices in literally seconds. Onto the important part - getting paid! Again, easy and transparent. No dramas whatsoever. Seeing the breakdown of spending is also helpful, and automatically calculated P&L is a great touch. All told, an excellent tool for small business. If I had one criticism it would be only having one debit card.

It seems such an obvious idea now - banking and accounting integrated together. It makes bookkeeping so simple. Once set up, use it like any other bank account and as if by magic, it works your figures out for you as you go. 
It’s basic in terms of features. For me though, this is the beauty of it. It’s uncomplicated. It does what it needs to do and that is it.

Counting Up is one of the best Online business bank accounts. The other banks always have some sort of maintenance. This stops you from receiving or sending money. 

Not with these guys. The app always works. Especially when you’re trying to run a business. You don’t want any delays.

Simple to use and I can do more on it than I can with some of the big brand banks out there! Wasn't sure what to expect when I first got this bank account but it's been great! I can upload all my receipts and invoice from it. Lost my card once, replacement back with me in days, no dramas.

Absolutely superb for a small Ltd company owner. Where the big banks don't give a monkeys Counting Up ask how best they can serve you. I've been a client for years and long may it continue.

Feedback for improvement would be for the app to have a facility for consistent monthly payments ie staff, future date faster payments, standing orders etc. It would also be best to consider research into accepting Crypto Currency as a form of payment (it's the future) 

In summary, if Counting Up opened a pub I'd be a regular.
