too much a hassle.
I opened an account in cointree to purchase cryptocurrencies however when I tried to transfer some of my cryptocoins to my different wallet, I should receive an email confirming my transactions. I never receive the email and I even tried resending it many times and checking every category in my inbox(e.g:spam and junk) but no email confirming my transfer and even waiting for it for like 5-15mins. I tried to troubleshoot as well by resetting my password in cointree just to see if I can receive the "password change confirmation" from their side and I received it with no problem. There is just an issue with the payment transfer to the account. I reached out to them and opened a ticket regarding with payment transfer and they provided me with a solution to whitelist their email. I followed the procedure and resend the confirmation but yet it did not resolve my issue. I replied back to the ticket but it takes too long for them to respond. This leaves my transaction pending for another day because of the email confirmations issue. It greatly affects my user experience on their platform as transferring or withdrawing is too much a hassle.

First class service. I put in a support request and Clarence contacted me to arrange a phone call. It is so comforting to know that in the Crypto space, you can speak to a real person from the company you are dealing with. Clarence was very helpful - in fact more than helpful. I'm a very satisfied client.

Consistently excellent, helpful and friendly…
I rarely need to reach out to Cointree Support because everything works so well on their platform. On the odd occasion when I have reached out to Support with a question etc, I have been delighted with their speed to respond and to provide a solution or explanation. Highly professional, yet very flexible and friendly. Words fail to do justice to the consistently great customer experience. (Just wish other organisations were a bit more like Cointree to deal with!)

I am forced to write this bad review as its not what I would not normally do as I have enjoyed using cointree so far, good rates, easy to use and fast but my experience in the last one week has being terrible. I reached my limit and applied to be elevated to the gold tier, got email notification that I am now a gold tier member but still can't initiate transactions..I was told I will be contacted by another department but till now nothing which is quite painful. All the reviews here says wonderful things about the customer care response time how come mine is different?
