Easy set up and use. Trusted. Just a 1% transaction fee which is higher compared to other services.

Super easy download and setup fairly intuitive interface. Does the things it is supposed to and by reputation is a very secure platform.. The only downside is the trading premium, 1% doesn't sound like much but it is 10 times that of other platforms this is where coinspot becomes less viable for frequent trading.
Still a great secure place to start your crypto journey.

They withhold funds without cause abs delay every transaction. 

I would have done less than a star but don’t have that option.

Have made several trades, and found that the the sell price is heavily discounted when you sell, so the ACTUALL fees are around 5 % of transaction cost.

Its actually just a rip off, so I would advise people stay away, and find another platform.

Easy to set up

CoinSpot offers more functionality and flexibility in its web-based exchange. Security features and the speed are impressive. Better if they can add a function to track the profits or losses (like in stock exchanges, forex platforms and some other crypto exchanges).

I've been trying to send my token to my personal wallet for the last two days to buy other tokens during the dip, everything was working fine until now. 
Sent multiply tickets to try and get a call back from "on boarding team" to confirm 2x  pending transactions which I should receive a call shortly. I've been holding my phone, max volume on and I still don't receive any calls come through but I mysteriously have missed call which never appear on my phone. 
There is something not right going on here

I tried getting verified on coinspot today when I was called by a supposed customer service representative for verification. The phone call itself felt very unprofessional from the start as I could hear really loud music in the background. Alarm bells started ringing that made it seem like a phone scam. The representative on the line started insisting that I deposit 350$ immediately via payID and when I asked why exactly 350, he told me to look through the website and waited for me to find the answer. He then started telling me I was scared of investing and started making assumptions about my intentions or what I was thinking at the moment which was both incredibly rude and annoying. I ended up ending the call and started looking at other options online. I shouldn't have to be pressured to start sinking money into things when I'm expecting the call to be used for verification and if there is a minimum 350$ deposit, that should be somewhere accessible to the user or have these representatives know where to direct people to find it. I asked a friend who also uses coinspot and he told me that this didn't happen during his verification so if this is new, I'm sorry to say that it didn't work out.

On boarding verification phone call sounded like a scammer

So during the best times to trade (dip in the crypto market), without fail Coinspot places all their Solana Wallets into maintenance. They allow you to buy Solana but then you cannot send it to your Phantom wallets to capitalise on the dip. Happened twice both at great dips. Been over 28hrs of suspension due to maintenance like last time.
ZenDesk support is worse than having a work for the dole candidate on staff, cut and paste responses and bare minimum service. It's like the black and gold brand of helpdesk you get when you can't be bothered to give support. 
Australian crypto traders deserve more choice, more service and simply better than what Coinspot offers! 
To those writing glowing reviews about Coinspot. try trading with them during a dip. 
UI needs a bit of work too!

Market Dips, Coinspot Dips OUT

Extremely slow transactions. The crypto market is a very fast paced world, from highs to lows, where you need to get in and out quickly. The same as the stock market. Sometimes currency drops. I saw signs of a down trend and tried to make a transaction, 32 hours later it still hasn’t gone through. I am getting told there are system issue they are working on, but in the meantime I have lost $3000 (so far) that they will not take any responsibility for, as well as lost more money on the other opportunity I was going to put it into.

I'm new to Crypto and Coinspot is very easy for beginners to use. I have been able to find all but 2 coins that I wanted to invest in but hopefully, in the future, these coins as well as others will be traded on this platform   I especially like the Bundles feature which as the name suggests, bundles coins together depending on the projects and or improvements being worked on  taking alot of the guess work out of it.

Coinspot market their deposit system through osko as being instantaneous yet it takes 48 hours. Not prepared to offer any sort of compensation for it, meaning significant missed investment opportunities..... Will not use again

first joining is so easy, the support wow they are quick and will help you until all is alright. I had a minor problem and resolved in less than an hour. This app has everything, never had any bad experience, easy to monitor my coins.  5-stars for me

I have had a problem where only sometimes it accepts my Password. Also, we were given Coinspot with money on various digital assets for a Christmas present. We want to change the phone number to my partner's so he can download the app. We had to post a picture of myself holding my license and a note explaining what I wanted. We are elderly too and not great on the computer. This was rejected as we were told Coinspot could not read my license no. We could see it! It's a bit too hard for us

It’s very easy to use. With PayID you can transfer funds from your bank account directly to CoinSpot instantly and you can start to buy crypto coins. I haven’t done a withdrawal yet, but it looks just as easy. They seem to have the right credentials and conform with local regulations.

Quick and easy to set up. User friendly, only thing I would suggest is updating the app with poli deposit option. Currently using the Web for this method of deposit. Otherwise the app is neat

Having some difficulties logging in. Press login and nothing happens.
Also tried to use my fingerprint and works the first time but then doesn't work anymore and won't let me log in any other way to have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Once the app is open it is easy to use with good functionality.
