The worst company that I have ever seen. They let you deposit and buy. But after you buy, they cheat you. They don't let you transfer ETH. They say to transfer BTC, you need to set password which will be active after 24 hours. Worst company I have ever seen.

I was deposited amount as on 7th may 2022 but still not credited in my wallet and not refunded in my bank account up to now. My money has still pending where is my money i Don't know. Company service is very poor and careless. No massage has been received from coindcx about the amount.

Scam Company...
On 22nd of April 2022 I created a deposit request of amount 17500 which gets rejected after few days but I didn't receive the amount even after a week. So I mailed them regarding this and I got a mail and a call in return in which you were saying the amount is not deposited at their end and I should contact my bank for this and I did the same. After talking to my bank I came to know the amount is completely deposited to the beneficiary account but these guys said the amount isn't deposited. I demand for statement as a proof and they denied. Scammers. Now I'll take legal action against them...
