the way Luna case were treated wasn't a satisfactory at all, my CFDs were fully funded by me and still forced to be closed without further approval using the risk card.. I believe u should've stopped the margin only as the damage already done.. more provocative, LUNA is now coming soon now it shows that i lost all my LUNA CFDs for nothing

Muy triste, realice el pago, ingresé mis documentos de identificación y antes de poder operar me bloquearon la cuenta y me dicen que por que viole una política interna, la verdad me pareció una falta de respeto, ahora me dicen que en 3 a 5 días me devuelven el dinero, espero que sea así.
