The most useless support in the world
I have problems logging into my wallet. I have 110 euros left in ETH on this wallet. I created ticket #3503664 and described the situation in detail. In response, I received only automatic responses and after they completely ignored me. They don't even try to get to the bottom of the problem. The problem is still not solved. I don't have access to my money. They ignore my questions. Choke on my 110 euros!
Customer support is not responding.
When I open an account and have issues with it, I received no response from them. I don't know if this is the right place for investments. It seems like customer support is not responding.
