The platform is sophisticated and simple to use. I realized only a standard trade so far, and the effectiveness of advanced options have to be proved. I find the number of trading pairs a quite modest.

Excellent and outstanding app

Not good, I bought a product(bnb) and it’s not in my assets. How can something as simple as providing a wallet for something that “you verified was sold to me” be screwed up. I’d give a one star, but cryptocurrency is hard, and I’m not convinced this isn’t my own fault.

Very bad and confusing user experience.   Too complicated for mobile.  And good luck trying to sell anything.  It took me 7 tries to get it to work because the use a 3rd party integration with moonpay which has its own issues.  The white label experience is super buggy.

Customer support response takes too long. I had requested a statement of trade history from 2021 on Jan 1st and it took over 7 weeks of back and fourth communication to get this completed. It shouldn't take that long to get trade history.

I have requested a full transaction report showing all my transaction activity for a divorce proceeding I am going through.  I have been ignored for over a month now and the only way I can get what my lawyers have requested is by sending the request to bitmart support via email.  The lack of ability to run these reports myself, the lack of a phone number to call, and the lack of response from Bitmart support is extremely frustrating.

The first time I transferred Tether into my wallet it only took 5 minutes.  Yesterday I made a second transfer into my wallet and nothing yet.  It's been a day now and  nothing.  Do they just decide to take your money

BitMart's lack of security lost all of my SAFEMOON entrusted in their care. I have emailed support several times with no response. While they did commit to recompensing all affected customers in the news, they have yet to do so. I have noticed an increase in their platform security on the user end (requiring password, code from text and email) to log in, this was still a lack of security on their end that caused the breach. The app is also not very user friendly to those new to crypto. I would recommend BitMart keep their promise of recompense for those affected by the SAFEMOON breach (you have insurance, right?) and focus on making the app more user friendly.

Overall, I like my experience at BitMart. I enjoy having a wider variety of smaller alt-coins available to trade. Some coins are only available here when it is early in the coin release. Of course, it requires each trader to do due diligence as some of the coins disappear as quickly as they arrive. But many good projects can be found. My only complaint with BitMart is the on-ramping of fiat currency to make initial purchases. Thus far, I have been purchasing USDT, ETH or BTC elsewhere (a different exchange) and depositing (transferring to my BitMart wallets) here for trading purposes. The on-ramping choices available at BitMart never seem to work here (Texas, USA) and the fees are high. A better fiat on-ramp would make BitMart better. I'd also like to see some good staking choices. But overall, I give 4 out of 5 stars and I am pleased with my BitMart experience since joining last year.

They do not disclose prior to creating an account that they do not accept ACH or wire transfer of USD funds. They do offer 3rd party companies that do but the verification, process and fees are outrageous. I asked for my account to be deleted and the chat people close out. They are shady and will have your personal data as long as they want. DO NOT USE this shady company. BtiMart can F-Off!

Signed up, sent some ALGO to the ALGO wallet in my account, transaction is confirmed etc. (I am not new to crypto I move assets around all the time) -- the deposit is not showing on my account, opened 2 live chats now both saying transaction is done then they close chat and now ban me from the chat and support, I feel robbed, these guys are a joke and are not reputable in any way, they wont last much longer that is for sure, stick to others exchanges!

One of the worst crypto trading service. Never going to recommend it and I have taken out everything. Just think of it, you cant even view your own transactions and you have to send them your photo holding your id to retrieve your own transaction history. It must be a joke.

Só é lamentável que deslistem moedas e não sejam criados "alertas" logo na abertura no acesso às contas.
Tenho uma queixa grande a fazer, pois tenho um bom lote de moedas BTCN, que foram deslistadas na BITMART, eu não sabia, e, quando constatei o facto quis retira-las para a minha conta na METAMASK, por diversas vezes, e nunca consegui, pois os Vossos Técnicos não me ajudaram até hoje. É lamentável este comportamento por parte da BITMART.

Your support is really bad, it seems like they do not care about their customers, short answers and in the end they are not able to solve my problems.

Easy setup, and KYC verify is the most efficient in time it takes to complete and trade. I enjoy the option of separate security levels giving the chance for  those either missing passwords, docs, email etc., the opportunity to trade on a secure platform along side top tier traders.

Bitmart is growing exchange. I know Bitmart is the best exchange. To follow this simple steps need to improve.
1. Change Minimum Tradable Amount from 5$ to 1$.
2. Improve P2P. I'm Not Satisfy with that. Because Minimum Buy&Sell Limit is too High.

your spreads are too large. i put order through mexc was traded but bitmart was same order identically. still sitting there. 4 hours later i transferred to mexc and bought sg for even less

1. regarding the new feature: I waiting for a P2P trading option in our exchange. every time I buy USTD in other exchanges and sent it to our exchange(BitMart). I am a small investor I can't bear transactions frees while purchasing Credit and Debit cards. in P2P I can purchase for 0 fees. 

2. regarding airdrops: I participate in a lot of airdrops, I didn't get anything :( . recently i participate in Lovely Inu airdrops also. but no use. I don't how you filter eligible candidates? ( i think here is more transparent and Genuity is required in this section)
