i do withdraw asset
i do withdraw asset , 40 min ago no tx id they didnt send it out , i write live support they said directly we try so fast as possible bye !! now 35h ago and my withdraw still freeze without send it out the asset is just freeze in exchange without any reason
Bad customer service
This exchange has locked up my $KIN assets for almost 1 full year, so far. They repeatedly push off answering whether or not they will fix the issue and allow access to the coin. They genuinely don't seem interested in helping their customers
Horrible Exchange
Steer clear of this exchange. They hold assets and don't let their customers withdraw. Also people of my community have $KIN on there, and it has been stuck with them for a year.
Terrible Exchange
Worst crypto experience ever. I deposited $KiN coin 11 months ago, I haven't been able to withdraw it since. Customer service always says “Please wait for announcement”. That means absolutely nothing to me and doesn't help me at all.
This exchange is horrible
This exchange is horrible. They have locked up my assets, $KIN token for over a year and won't let me or any other customer withdraw. They seem to be in no hurry to help anyone either.
