The worst crypto exchange in existence.
I honestly don't know who would ever use Bitfinex, everything about this exchange is downright horrible. Terrible interface and user experience, highly illiquid cryptocurrencies, withdrawal is a huge hassle and processing time takes forever. I opened an account in an attempt to arbitrage the price of LUNA from different exchanges only to find myself waiting 12 hours and counting for the withdrawal to be processed, during which the price of LUNA has cratered 50%. Customer support does nothing to help and just tells you to wait longer. This has to be the worst crypto exchange in existence, no way to sugar coat it.
Signup issues
Just signed up and had technical issues. Support was on point and escalated the matter to tech. I would have to say that this has been the fastest and best support I've ever received. My compliments to both the support and tech team, this is how it should be.

Made a withdraw using lightning network…
Made a withdraw using lightning network and I haven't received the payment and support doesn't answer me for 2 days already, last time they said something, they said they detected a problem with the withdrawal, but nothing else...
Great customer support from Bitfinex!
My wire transfers problem by using OpenPayd has been solved very quickly and with great care and excellent support from Bitfinex customer service. The only thing I like to see for further improving the customer experience, if there is a way for the customer to see and access your pending Bitfinex tickets.

Рекомендую. Отличная биржа! Была техническая проблема у меня. Я написал в поддержу. Рассказал о свой проблеме. И спросил как долго будет рассматриваться мой запрос. Мол может лучше я завтра зайду. Но к моему удивлению на всё про всё потребовалось 30 минут. Поддержка написала о том моя проблема была решена. Советую вам обратить внимание на эту биржу.
