Rude Staff & Won't follow GDPR
I spoke w/ a staff member "Robert" who looked over my identity document, I accidentally uploaded a document I was using for another site since I have to re-take many photos. He called my attempt a circus & didn't allow me to upload another document actually proving it's me. The website then stored my data, I asked him to delete my data (which included old passport picture) but he said he already "did everything" even though my data was not deleted. I did send an email and now it seems that it will be deleted, but the staff was also unprofessional, when initially speaking with him he addressed me with: "your full name pls" and then proceeded to call me a circus. Personally I'd just use a trusted service like Coinbase, etc.. but that's my review.

Honest and helpful company. I was a victim of card fraud, my card was used to transact with bit4sale without my knowledge and when I reported it to them, they were very considerate and refunded me the full amount. It seems their security was really good that they were able to suspect that the transaction was suspicious. I'm grateful for their prompt assistance.
