Leider muss man ja einen Stern geben Habe jetzt 2 Abbuchungen von adyen gehabt ohne je etwas bestellt zu haben. Totale abzocke
STOP!!! Avoid using Adyen as this is an incredible sad experience as a company using them as our payment provider. This time they made fundamental changes to our account setup without informing us, which has now lead to many customers payments being rejected. It has of course have taken time to figure out that payments were rejected because they made a fundamental change in our account without informing us but what is worse is that now 1 week later they have still not resolved it and the consequence is us loosing lot's of business every day. Meanwhile we are loosing business every day due to the changes they made in our Account Settings without our consent and without informing us at any time. A little more than a year ago we had another issue with them with regards to their reports where we were not able to match our financial reports with the input from their reports and after tons of emails and meetings with them we finally together with them came to the conclusion that the reports they provided their customers are not correct and figures not matching. They could not give any timeline on fixing this issue but we should expect minimum +6 months. Many other options for payment providers so choose one with good ratings who take their customers business serious and avoid such a bad provider like Adyen. We wish we never started with them (customer through 10 years) but will now initiate a process moving to a provider valuing and protecting our business!!!
Attraverso una email da "do-not-reply adyen.com" Ho avuto una richiesta di pagamento di un servizio Facebook (credo per pubblicità) MAI richiesto, io non ho idea se sia convolto, in questa truffa, questo sito che non conosco. Ma non so come venirne a capo... Mi è arrivata questa email scritto in TAILANDESE ?!?! con la richiesta di pagamento di non specificato cosa entro il 20/5/2022 11:47 non c'è scritto nemmeno cosa ne quanto vada pagato.... con Riferimento del pagamento: 4976914929088180 a "Facebook Ireland Limited" l'email è scritta credo in tailandese /indonesiano ... io non ho MAI richiesto assolutamente niente vorrei risolvere questa cosa nel più breve tempo possibile, perchè sembra che questa cosa scada il 20/5/2022 e non ho intenzione di pagare assolutamente niente che io non ho richiesto , quando risolto sarò FELICISSIMO di cambiare la mia recensione con 5 stelle. Spero in una pronta collaborazione di questa azienda PS: se serve posso inviare anche la mail incriminata intestata: "Your Payment Details Facebook Ireland Limited"?!?! Grazie
They take more money than they are owed.. they are no paypal. Take forever to process money. What more dont you want

Og det samme: en lyserød boks med rødt kryds: "Noget gik galt".Der kan også betales med Mobilepay. Er dét meningen, hvorfor får man så valgmuligheden mellem forskellige betalingsformer? Eller virker den heller ikke når betalingssoftwaren hedder adyen? Jeg har ikke tænkt mig at tilmelde mig Mobilepay). Til Adyens ikke særlig dygtige IT-programmører. Og Bring der hægter sig på denne payment solution.
Unfair payment company Racisme company why ? because We run a legal and amazing business that involves about selling digital products we asked adyen to have a business account but we where shoked that we where not accepted and we still not able to receive payments due to our location maybe adyen doesn't support us maybe because we are not in EUROPE UK US .. our business is legal and we could not been able to get a business account so do you think this is fair ?
