Very bad experience contacting Sridhar Vetcha

I have spoken with Sridhar Vetcha in ADCB on May 23 and this guy has a massive attitude problem. Just spoken with him first time regarding the email that was sent to him by our bank requesting for some information at first he pretended that he didn't receive an email and the next call I told him about the sender information and the time it was sent then he started showing bad attitude and he said that don't call him again and again. What kind of professional ethics that this person has. Maybe this guy is sitting in a high chair in ADCB but having high position doesn't mean you don't show professionalism towards other person. I would rate this experience ZERO star but I have no choice to click 1 star.

I called ADCB yesterday regarding my card payment to other bank the callcenter agent Yassin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me very well on it and helped to get it processed at the earliest. I am a happy customer. Thanks a lot Yassin for your help. Thank you ADCB to have such staff.

I hope I read all the reviews here before making a transaction to ADCB. They charge way more than remittance for a poor service. Aside from the 21dhs charge they’re Charging 105aed for transferring money online!? I thought it’ll be more convenient using mobile banking transfer but worst!! If I just know you will charge me this much I would prefer go to AlAnsariEX or any exchange where they only charge 15-21dhs. Agreed that the 105aed charge for online transfer in a single transaction in ADCB Bank is NOT acceptable!! Scam!! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Very poor service

Very poor service. Call center all times busy. Sometimes I reached over call center after 1 hour. One of the worst Bannks in the world.

WORST BANK EVER

I want to start this review by saying after my last transaction with this bank I am just thankful I don't have to deal with them again. I made an international transfer from my personal account to the Philippines and up until now the recipient haven't received the amount. Their customer service is the worst. I called their hotline and they seem to have no idea what happened to the money. They have no record of where the money is, considering it has been debited from my account for more than a week. Which by the way took less than 5 minutes to debit the amount. When I went to 2 of their branches in City Center and Karama, same response. The teller is clueless, one even said she can't see any record of the transaction. This is regardless of the fact that I have the SMS confirmation and online bank record. The other said I have an option to recall the amount but would take 2 weeks to reflect in my account, to which I decline since God knows how long "2 weeks" for them. For all I know that would take 2 months. I have called the hotline for the 3rd time and all I got was a ticket raised inquiring the status of the transfer which will again take 3 days to get a response. Ridiculous. And by the way, you will not get any SMS for reference that you have raised a complaint/query. If anyone is planning to send money abroad, please avoid this bank at all cost. The transaction takes forever and God knows if someone is able to help you. They charge way more than remittance for a crappy service. So frustrating. And to have no option of giving a zero star, double frustration....

Ours option for money transfer is a rip…

Ours option for money transfer is a rip off. To cancel, go to bank and will be told that I’ll be charged more to cancel. 105aed gone.
