The account opening process was…
The account opening process was remarkable. Joe Betros was our contact for the account opening and he was following up and updating us every step of the way. He was very details oriented and has explained for us all the benefits of having a business account with 3S Money. I am very pleased to have received such an incredible service and I am hoping the experience operating the account would be as wonderful.

Great service
We had a great experience with our on-boarding at 3S money, Joe was always there to smooth out any wrinkles. I have dealt with banks in many countries and the level of service at 3S does stand out (basically if I need to speak to our account manager, only need tosend her a WhatsApp to receive immediate feedback!)
Not responsive after providing a bunch…
Not responsive after providing a bunch of personal and company information. After I provided company and personal information I got quoted 5-10 business days to review that. After 5 business days I made a follow with their representative I got an answer: "Your application is with compliance and will be reviewed shorty, please give some time; I will keep you updated." After 7 and 9 business days I did follow-up again but never received an answer. Currently, 11 business days passed (17 regular days, I did apply on the evening of 8th April) but still never received an answer from the compliance team, their representative who first seemed a nice person became unresponsive as well. Waste of time.
Good job on managing transactions quickly
Very pleased with the way they opened my account and the speedy transactions from abroad. I had a decent amount to be transferred from abroad and the money reached my business accounts within hours. That was very impressive. Also, worth mentioning that the managers are always available to sort any issues. Overall, great job!
Welcoming
I have contacted 3S.Money following a friend's suggestion. I didn't have high expectations as I already been a long-term conventional bank customer. Joe Betros took me from ground zero and answered my questions and took me much further than I anticipated. He has been very kind and informative, not pushy but very welcoming and accommodating. The first impression is always the key, he has been an excellent example of good first impression. I believe it has paved the road to a long-term business relation with 3S.Money for me.
