The service levels have improved over the last 12 months but the service staff are not trained and not native english speakers. It adds up to frustration. Tonight I have 2 devices locked out by their stupid IP adress system. None of these syusytems work but they very popular with the nerds. Gives them things to fix.

Spams customers to death
This company spams its customers a lot. You can unsubscribe all you want. Be prepared to be spammed anyways. Even after messaging customer service about it. They just won’t stop. Before becoming a customer think again.
